How We Stand Out
We come to the environments you value most- your home, your local park, anywhere you enjoy- and want to enjoy more.
You always work with the same provider, not whoever happens to be free.
We base our sessions on improving the activities you enjoy through movement and exercise.
Our goal is your independence- we want to be a community resource in physical therapy and exercise.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will you take my insurance?
We currently accept Medicare for physical therapy services, however we are out of network with other insurers at this time. We are happy to generate a “superbill” for you to seek reimbursement from your insurer. We are private pay for all personal training and wellness services at this time, as they are typically not a covered expense by any insurer.
How long do sessions last?
Our sessions last between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on individual circumstances. Your initial appointment will last between 60 to 90 minutes so that we may gather thorough history and perform testing.
How long will we work together?
This is highly variable and depends on the individual’s condition, services being provided, and goals of these services. Typically, we discuss prognosis and goals planning very early on, so everyone has a chance to be heard and collaborate on a path forward.
