What We Treat
We provide concierge Physical Therapy and Personal Training Services in the Washington DC metropolitan area. We have worked with individuals in their homes, their neighborhood parks, and community fitness centers. Anywhere you are- we are!
We primarily focus on the evaluation and treatment of vestibular and neurodegenerative conditions, stroke, and brain injury.
Vestibular conditions include diagnoses such as: vestibular neuritis, unilateral and bilateral hypofunction, schwannoma, Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness, Mal de Debarquement Syndrome, and many other causes of dizziness and imbalance.
Neurodegenerative conditions include: Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple System Atrophy, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.

FAQs
I live in ____, do you work in this area?
We are currently able to accept patients for in-person concierge physical therapy services living in the Tenleytown, Cleveland Park, Woodley Park, Palisades, Kent, Spring Valley, Glover Park, Forest Hills, Friendship Heights, and American University Park neighborhoods of the District of Columbia. Telehealth Options are available for the entire District.
We are currently able to support patients for in-person concierge physical therapy services in the Bethesda, Rockville, Potomac, Glen Echo, Cabin John, and Kensington communities in Maryland. Telehealth options are available for all communities of Montgomery County and Prince George’s County in Maryland.
Do you accept Medicare?
Yes! We are “in-network” with Medicare, and bill them directly.
Do you accept private insurers?
We currently do not have a relationship with any commercial insurer or Medicare advantage plans. If you would like, we are happy to generate a superbill for you to submit for “out-of-network” benefits or Health Savings Account.
Why can’t I find a clinic address?
We are currently focused on providing services to patients in environments of their choosing. In doing this, our address is yours! We do not have a physical clinic location at this time.
Do I need to own gym equipment?
Great question! We can use any equipment you have, however we bring a wide variety of equipment, including weights, with us! A portion of your intake evaluation is dedicated to reviewing what equipment is accessible to you for our sessions as well as any independent exercise.
What are your rates?
This is dependent on your physical location as well as the services rendered. Our standard evaluation rate is $160, and a one hour treatment session rate is $150, with an additional $25/15 minutes. There may be a small travel charge in addition to these services, dependent on location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, and Zelle.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of service. Sessions may also be purchased en bloc.
